Cardio Boxing and Circuit X-press are fun and motivating additional programs that are offered at Progress Fitness Center for affordable prices. Both using a small group setting that comes with a certified personal trainer at each session. More information about each program can be found on this page.
Circuit X-press is a 6-week long, circuit style program that focuses on all fitness goals such as strength, endurance, stability, and core that is suitable for all fitness levels! Workout routines change weekly with a trainer near-by to provide motivation and support. Participants can choose to participate one, two, or three days per week over the course of six weeks. Want to try it first? Attend any of the sessions for a free workout. Prices can be pro-rated anytime during the 6 week program. See Meri or Steve for more information.

-Wednesdays- 6:00am & 9:30am
-Thursdays- 4:30, 5:30 & 7:00pm
-Sat & Sun- 9:00am
Cardio-boxing is a 4-week program that is sure to train cardiovascular endurance and get your body in fighting shape. A trainer will lead you through different strikes and combinations, helping participants maintain proper form all while having fun. The workout changes every week for maximum results and to prevent you from getting bored. Members can choose to participate once, twice, or three days a week.
