Do you want a fun, simple and proven method to get in shape? Join our group fitness classes and let the energy of the group move you. We have 47 classes a week with something for everyone: from cardio and strength to dance and mind-body. Check out our class lineup and Let’s Get Moving. Class Descriptions:

Extreme Ride (90 minutes)
Indoor cycling at its best with this class you’re in it for the long haul.

Hills/Drills
Take indoor cycling to the next level as you experience this free style class that includes hill climbs and drill combinations built around music that will get you moving.

H.I.I.T. – High Intensity Interval Training (30-minutes)
Short bursts of high cardio with short breaks in between are sure to get your heart pumping. Work endurance and build strength in this short, sweaty class.

TNT
Using circuit and interval training methods, TNT group fitness class builds on the six elements of physical fitness:  muscular endurance, cardio, strength, flexibility, coordination and balance.  Whether you are looking for a class to get you back into shape, want something to revitalize your plateaued workout or just looking for something to kick your butt, TNT Bootcamp is the class for you!

Vinyasa Yoga
This style of yoga has something for everyone. This class is designed to enhance strength and flexibility as well as induce calmness and increase resistance to stress.

Group Active
Incorporating all elements of fitness, Group Active will increase your cardio fitness, build your strength and improve your balance and flexibility. Please arrive on time as equipment set-up is required.

Group Centergy
Grow longer and stronger as you explore this 60 minute journey of yoga and pilates movements. Positive uplifting music and supportive instructors will enable you to center your energy, reduce stress and even smile. Watch a trailer.

Group Core
Train like an athlete in 30 action-packed minutes.  A strong core, from your shoulders to your hips, will improve your athletic performance, will help prevent back pain and give you ripped abs! Watch a trailer.

Group Groove
If you can move, you can Groove. Experience a fusion of club, urban and Latin dance styles with motivating chart topping hits and retro classic tunes. Watch a trailer.

Group Fight
This gripping, hour long program burns a ton of calories and builds total body strength. Tap into the hottest mixed martial arts movements done at a rapid-fire pace to smash your cardio fitness! Group Power
This 60 minute barbell program strengthens all your major muscles in an inspiring, motivating group environment with fantastic music and awesome instructors. Please arrive on time as equipment set-up is required. Watch a trailer.

Group Ride
Pedal in groups, roll over hills, chase the pack, climb your way to burning calories and strengthening your lower body.  This 60-minute cycling program is geared for anyone that can ride a bike. Watch a trailer.

Group Blast
BLAST OFF your workout with 60 minutes of cardio training that uses The STEP® in highly effective, athletic ways.
