Jason is the General Manager of Progress Fitness Center and is also a personal trainer at the club.
Steve is a lifelong fitness enthusiast. He is AFAA certified in group exercise and personal training, and has been teaching and training in the Merrimac Valley area for the last 17 years. He is best known for his circuit/cardio kickboxing classes and personal training. Steve has been working at this Tyngsboro gym since 2006. He is encouraging and supportive—always keeping his client’s best interest in mind to help them reach their fitness goals. Steve’s easy going manner makes everyone feel comfortable regardless of their fitness level.
Meri is a nationally certified personal trainer, obtained through AFAA. She is also certified in Group Fitness and TRX instruction. Meri has worked in the fitness industry since 2011, working with clients of all different ages, fitness levels, and goals. Meri has a Bachelor of Science degree in Public Health/Health Promotion from the University of Massachusetts Lowell. She specializes in High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) and endurance training. Many of Meri’s clients have described her as motivating and fun to work with.
